POLICY

1. Who We Are

Hustle Academy ("we," "us," "the platform") provides self-paced and live-supported online courses covering social media marketing, AI-assisted income skills, and affiliate/dropshipping. These Terms govern your use of hustle.academy and any purchase made through it.

2. What You're Buying

• You are purchasing access to educational content and training materials — video lessons, guides, and (for VIP tiers) live weekly classes.
• Course access does not constitute a job offer, employment, partnership, or guaranteed income of any kind.
• Results depend on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control. See Section 6, Earnings Disclaimer.

3. Course Tiers

• Self-Paced: lifetime access to recorded course content only.
• VIP: full course content plus a weekly live interactive class for the duration stated at checkout.

4. Content Delivery

• Once your payment is confirmed by Paystack, course access is delivered automatically by email, typically within a few minutes — no manual step or waiting on our side.
• The email is sent to the address you enter at checkout, so double-check it's correct and free of typos before paying.
• VIP purchases also receive the weekly live class schedule in the same email, or shortly after if that cohort's schedule is still being finalized.
• If nothing arrives within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at support@hustleacademy.ng or WhatsApp +676 881 2234 with your payment reference.

5. Payment

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
• Payments are processed securely via Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• Accepted methods: card, bank transfer, USSD.

6. Refund Policy

• You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment, provided you have accessed no more than 20% of the course content.
• To request a refund, email support@hustleacademy.ng or message WhatsApp +676 881 2234 with your payment reference number.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued after 48 hours or after 20% content access, whichever comes first.
• VIP live class attendance is non-transferable to a later cohort once a refund is issued.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

• Hustle Academy teaches practical skills. We do not guarantee any specific income, client, sale, or result.
• Any income examples, case studies, or testimonials shared in our marketing or course materials are individual results and are not typical. Your results will vary based on effort, market conditions, niche, and factors we do not control.
• We are an educational provider, not a financial, investment, or business opportunity under Nigerian or any other law.

8. User Conduct

Course content is licensed for your personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, sharing login credentials, or publishing course materials elsewhere is prohibited and may result in access being revoked without refund.

9. Changes to Courses & Pricing

We may update course content, pricing, or schedules at any time. Changes do not affect users who have already purchased access to a course, except where an update genuinely improves that course.

10. Limitation of Liability

Hustle Academy is not liable for any loss of income, business loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the course content.
